Comfortably sleeping 12, the house features 4 spacious bedrooms with 1 King and 4 Queen beds, plus 4 fold-out single beds. Whether you\`re here for a family vacation, a group retreat, or a fun getaway, this home is perfect for all types of travelers. The house is in a quiet neighborhood where it is common to see javelinas and deer in the yard. There are numerous biking and hiking trails within walking distance. The views of the SCENERY in the morning are spectacular, and there are some fantastic restaurants and breweries in the neighborhood. Our favorite is Coffee Pot for breakfast, Fresh & Natural Thai for Asian fast food, Fiesta Mexica and Tortas De Fuego Mexican eatery and Oak Creek brewery for a wide selection of beer. There are several shops and eating places within walking distance. Three energy vortexes (Airport Mesa, Boynton and Red Rock State Park) within 10 minutes driving distance. Free, onsite parking is available for up to 4 cars in the driveway. This home is located in a residential area, please respect quiet hours from 10pm-7am. We have a hot tub located on the back patio that can be secured with a latch but it does not lock. We have three exterior cameras located on the property. One is located at the front entrance and faces the driveway. The second faces towards the entryway and the third is located on the rooftop deck facing towards the roof. Everything was an easy drive or walk. The family loved that we were only a 5 minute walk to amazing trails. The views from the house were spectacular. The house was well equipped and perfect for our group. I don't think there was anything that we felt was missing. The house was as described, beautifully decorated, clean and well kept and equipped. Quiet neighborhood but sooo close to everything that we needed or could have wanted. Our host was easy to reach if we had any questions and information about the area and the house were available in the printed material available at the house. We had an incredible experience staying at this property and it was exactly as described. Our host answered e-mails/calls immediately and the instructions for check-in and out were precise and very easy to follow. The home was clean and well appointed and I can't think of anything they missed. The open floor plan made it great for our family to enjoy meals, games, and entertainment and the 10' ceilings made it feel like a true Great Room. I needed to get some work done and the Wi-Fi was easy to get on and worked flawlessly. The rooftop is amazing and what a great view of the Red Rocks and surrounding areas. We spent many mornings and evenings enjoying the view and just relaxing up there. The neighborhood is quiet but very accessible to grocery stores, restaurants, and any of the activities you would like to do during your stay. We enjoyed morning walks around the neighborhood and it was only an 8 minute walk to the Sugarloaf trail. It was a quick 10min drive to watch the Sunrise or Sunset from Airport Dr. Our family had an incredible time and this is the best home we have stayed at so far and hope we can get a reservation here again! ##### John K. Probably better than the listing and the pictures suggested. However We booked the house with the hot tub being a selling point vs other listings. The hot tub water turned green and cloudy a little over half-way through our 10 day stay. I contacted the property manager and it wasn’t fixed by the time we left. So be aware that if you are relying on the hot tub to relax and recuperate after hiking, it may not be usable. ##### Elise M. This Sedona property was excellent for eight adults and two adult dogs. We loved the large open kitchen, dining room, and family room. It allowed us all to be together while cooking and eating. We really appreciated the well equipped kitchen since we normally do all our meals at the rental when on vacation. The neighborhood was quiet, safe. It is conveniently located to grocery store and downtown Sedona and even had a trailhead within walking distance, Sugarloaf trailhead (great for sunset views). Roof top deck was another great spot to watch the sunset. We enjoyed the hot tub. The host was extremely responsive to any questions we had. We had a wonderful stay and the property exceeded our expectations. ##### Jennifer H.
