Backyard:  Please be aware with small dogs that the area has coyotes and the back fenced area isn't really small animal proof as the bars are about 4 inches apart. Be wary of the back and leaving small dogs unattended.

This Nepenthe end unit patio home comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests in three bedrooms. The primary suite features a king-size bed, ensuite bathroom, and private vanity area. The second bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed, while the third
bedroom has a trundle bed (2 twins) and doubles as a cozy retreat or home office with a dedicated work space.  Please note there is no closet in this bedroom. 

This home also offers an attached two-car garage and washer/dryer for guest convenience.
