The house was perfect for our vacation. The bed was super comfortable, the kitchen had a lot of cooking equipment (better stocked than a normal VRBO), and the hot tub was such a nice touch since we were there on a cold and rainy week. We would definitely stay again!

This was a great property for our family of 4. Location was quick to all of the hikes on the West Sedona side as well as restaurants, groceries, etc without having to go through the traffic circles. We appreciated having a full kitchen, laundry, and hot tub for after hikes. Neighborhood was quiet. Beds were comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

This was our third time staying at Peter and Susan’s rental. For our family this house is very comfortable with easy access to hikes, grocery stores and restaurants. Once again, we had a great Sedona vacation.

House was great for our family of four vacation in Sedona. Location was great for exploring the area along with a day trip to the Grand Canyon. Area was quiet and low on traffic. Everything was clean and we appreciated the coffee and filters left by others. We used both the kitchen and gas grill for cooking meals. There were limited spices and no cookie sheet, but otherwise the kitchen was well stocked. You had to push a bit hard to open the front door. Communication was clear for checkout, there were some notes in the house on things to do or not do. We would stay here again if in Sedona.

Property was everything we were looking for and centrally located to the hiking trails we visited. The patio area was a quiet place to relax. We would recommend this to anyone looking to explore the Sedona area.

Close to everything we wanted to do in Sedona and also allowed our family to have a lovely space to relax in as well! It was clean, well-appointed and in a quiet area - would definitely recommend!

We liked the location. Close to restaurants, hiking trails, ATV rentals and Hot air balloon rides. The house had everything we needed. The hot tub and deck were wonderful. Would definitely stay here again!
