### Luxurious, Upscale Townhome In Sedona. Super clean, gourmet kitchen, comfy beds!

Better than a hotel, better than a time share. Upgrade your vacation and stay in a large, well appointed upscale town home located in beautiful Sedona, Arizona.  
  
We purchased this townhome in August of 2014. We also own the townhome right next door so we now have two units connected to each other! So, if you have a large group of family you can rent both units and have the perfect spot to hold a large family get together. The two units can accommodate up to 8 people. Gather out back for BBQ's or just sit around the table and chairs talking and enjoying the stars.  
  
As far as the location of the townhome, we are located IN SEDONA, with gorgeous red rocks right outside the front door! You can practically see Bell Rock from the front porch, truly an amazing sight. However, if you read our reviews, you may notice that some of our past guests make mention that we are "near Sedona" or "just outside of Sedona". To be clear, the townhome is 100% located in Sedona. The city of Sedona is made up of four distinct areas: The Village of Oak Creek, Uptown Sedona, West Sedona and Oak Creek Canyon. Our townhome is located in the Village of Oak Creek portion of Sedona which we believe is the nicest area due to the natural beauty and peacefulness. I believe that the reason people think we are "just outside of Sedona" is because we are about six miles away from Uptown Sedona, which is basically the "downtown" area with lots of restaurants and shops. This area is a nice place to make a quick visit to do some shopping, but not the best area to spend your entire trip. When my wife and I go to Sedona it's to have a nice break from our daily grind and to see the natural beauty of the area, which is why we love the Village of Oak Creek. And we believe that once you visit Sedona, you too will agree that the Village of Oak creek is by far the nicest part of Sedona!  
  
Our newly renovated town home is located across the street from the Oak Creek Country Club and we have red rock views from every room! Also conveniently located across the street from a quaint bakery (that serves Starbucks coffee), 1/2 mile from the award winning Italian Restaurant Cucina Rustica, as well as having local grocery stores, other restaurants, etc.  
  
Sleeps 4 very comfortably.

#### Great location - incredible views

Came for a wedding in Sedona. Loved being just outside of Sedona and easy access to restaurants, shops, and great views. Hiked Little Horse which was a short 5 min drive to the trailhead. Access to Sedona was a little rough at certain times because of traffic in to the town en from Oak Village, but it was still 1000x worth it to be in the quaint town which was quieter, less tourists, and great views. Also, the property manager was fabulous to work with!

The condo was well appointed and clean, the beds were very comfortable, the patio was enjoyable and the location in the Village of Oak Creek was ideal for easy access to restaurants, Sedona, trails, etc. And Phil, the host, was extremely helpful with things to do, recommendations, etc.

The condo is very nice. Not far from downtown Sedona and worth the short drive to avoid the crowds. Surprised that there were some condiments in the fridge & spices. Nice added touch for when you’re cooking a meal.

#### In need of some love

We have stayed in several units in this complex over the years. Overall they are good places and the location is wonderful. You can ride/ walk directly to so many trails from the front door. This unit that we stayed in this year is in need of some maintenance. So many of the electrical outlets are worn so bad a plug won’t stay in them. Light switches are broken and kitchen utensils (glasses, plates, bowls, cook wear, etc.) need to be refreshed and restocked. There are scuff makes on the walls along the stairs (something that could easily be fixed with a coat of paint). One of the bathrooms, the shower gets lukewarm at best. Also the bathroom shampoo, conditioner, body wash dispensers were empty. The Wi-Fi is pretty bad, it kept going in and out on us the whole week we were there. It is shared with the unit next door so when you get multiple people using it, it slows way down and often times freezes. The router is also next door so we couldn’t even reset it. I gave three stars on the accuracy of the listing only because I believe the owner owns at least one other place and the photos in the listing are of another unit and not the one we stayed in. It was just a little surprise to see different furniture when we walked in. As I mentioned, overall it’s a great location and the units are clean, it just would be nice to see the owners put some money back into them.

#### Best VRBO yet!

My family and I stayed here for our second time now and we can't wait to come back for a third! The townhome was super clean and had everything, and I mean EVERYTHING we needed. My wife kept saying she's never been to a vacation rental where the owners thought of everything. The location is perfect for us as we avoid the downtown (I think they call it uptown) area of Sedona since it's always too crowded. This area of Sedona has everything we need, minus the crowds and traffic in downtown Sedona. Everything about our stay was perfect and I'm already planning a boys trip back to Sedona next year! The property wasn’t exactly as posted. The main level was great, except for lighting. The upstairs bed o& bathrooms were not well lite as well & we felt they were not as new/updated as stated. Water pressure in the 2nd shower was low & in the primary bath the faucets were not stable. Overall, for the location we would still recommend.

Great location. Just outside of uptown Sedona. Close to all the hiking areas. Place was perfect. Lots of room and having a washer and dryer made it perfect. So different than staying at a hotel, felt like home. We hiked during the morning, came back for lunch, then went out to hike in the evening.Then we cooked dinner.

The townhouse is beautiful, photos do not do it justice, its views were exceptional from the balcony, and it was a great home away from home. Loved having a washer, dryer, dishwasher, and the grill on site to use, those were all so very handy. On the down side, the beds however were too soft, both my husband and I woke up with body aches & pains due to no firmness in the mattress. The house was neat and clean for the exception of the floors and staircase leading up to the bedrooms, neither appeared to have been swept nor mopped prior to our arrival. Stepping around in our socks, there was crumbs of the sort and dirt on the floors. Our socks told that story. When I opened the vanity drawer the inside had not been cleaned or wiped down, and there was some body hair left behind inside the vanity. Perhaps a word with the cleaning crew will be helpful. Other than those few things, we looked past it, cleaned it to our likings, and we had a wonderful vacation! So a huge thank you, we are very grateful to Phil & Olly who have opened up their condo for guests to enjoy Sedona AZ., and to experience it in a private place. The home is lovely! God bless you both. I do believe your condo is also a vortex. Much was experienced in the condo from day one! We loved our time there.

#### Red Rock Golf Outing 2024 - The Sequel!

We had such a great time last year, that the guys and I rented the same two condos in the Village of Oak Creek for another week of golf, hiking, beer, and food. It is all right here close by and these condos make an excellent base (you can see the reviews I posted from our April 2023 trip (reviewed dated May 6, 2023) for additional details). The condos were just as we remembered them, and were again very clean and functional. There were a couple of very minor issues (hey, stuff gets old, just like any dwelling) but Phil was extremely responsive to our call (in fact, the maintenance guy showed up within minutes of my text to Phil, while Phil and I were still exchanging texts! Again, minor stuff that had no impact on our stay or enjoyment of the condos). We had a great time. The location is really perfect as were are near two of the courses that we played, and very near to several great dining options (Pago’s pizzeria and Italian and Maria’s Mexican, which is great for breakfast, are right across the street, as is JesseLee’s, which has great craft beer and wine; all within walking distance). Most of the trails we hiked were 15 minutes of driving away, so again very convenient. I’ver rented many vacation properties over the past 20 years, and these condos have about the easiest check-in and check-out processes of all; super easy! Overall, these condos are ideal for our needs. We are already planning our return trip for spring 2025!
