The Space: This home offers a blend of comfort and convenience, featuring a fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, and a private office space for those needing to work during their stay. The master suite on the bottom floor includes a king bed, a TV, and a private bath, providing a peaceful retreat. Two additional queen guest bedrooms are also located on the bottom floor, offering plenty of space for family or friends. Upstairs, you'll find a cozy guest bedroom with two twin beds, perfect for kids or additional guests. The home also boasts two living areas: one downstairs with a fireplace, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere, and one upstairs with a TV, ideal for movie nights or relaxation. We reserve the right to request no fires at any time. Local Wildlife: The local wildlife includes deer, skunk, bobcats, and javelina. Please do not try to feed or approach the animals. City Unpermitted Uses: City law disallows this home for being used for events, parties or large gatherings.
