Escape to the beauty of the red rocks and nature with this home, nestled in the gorgeous red rock formation called Castle Rock. This fully furnished, spacious, and luxurious home is tucked into a neighborhood at the foot of Castle Rock, a perfect getaway or vacation. Relax on your own private little mountain top, watch deer and other wildlife roam or start a hike right out your backdoor. A short drive will get you to countless restaurants and shopping areas as well as several hiking trails. This home is filled with natural light from all angles and has 10-12 ft. ceilings throughout. Castle Rock Abode has 2 bedrooms & 2.5 bathrooms, complete with a den/office space. Enjoy the great room for summertime gatherings or cozy up by the fireplace during winter months. The home was built for privacy and to enjoy the nature surrounding it. \*Please note\* The owner is highly allergic to Cats and Dogs. We ask that no pets are allowed including service animals and Emotional Support Animals. Thank you. Home Features At A Glance \~ 2 Bedroom 2.5 Bath \~ Located At The Base Of Castle Rock \~ Hiking Trails Start In Your BackYard \~ High-Speed WiFi \~ Outdoor Firepit \~ Built-In BBQ Grill \~ Office/Den \~ Oversized Windows With Plenty Natural Light \~ Huge Fully Stocked Kitchen \~ Vaulted Ceilings House Rules \- Stays 21 days or more require a utility deposit in the amount of $500.00 - the deposit will be collected once the booking is confirmed either via Airbnb or a direct charge to the card on file. \~ Check-in time is at 4:00 PM \~ Check-out time is 10:00 AM \~We are not able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, so please coordinate your travel plans with these times in mind \~Guest booking the homes must be at least 25 years of age. \~Casago provides a starter pack of hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and laundry soap. \~Reservation holder must always occupy the home unless approved in advance by Casago. \~All reservations must submit their driver's license and Selfie thru Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking. \~Utility caps apply.
