Large Andalucian villa with pool, stunning views and privacy

The villa is situated on a hill and offers a unique and stunning views of the mountains and the sea. There is absolute peace and privacy, while still Sedella is within walking distance. The location is special and the view can hardly be better.

The most striking in this large and bright holiday include modern equipment, covered terrace, swimming pool, courtyard with fountain. The villa has two floors. On the ground floor are a living room, dining room, kitchen, utility room, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The living room has a sitting area, a fireplace, satellite TV, CD and DVD player. The kitchen is equipped with for instance a dishwasher, an induction hob, a microwave, a refrigerator and a coffee maker. The two bedrooms are each equipped with two single beds, 90 x 200 cm, bedside tables and lamps. Each bedroom also has a private bathroom. This offer, for example, a shower, toilet, bidet, washbasin with vanity unit, mirror and storage space. On the first floor there is a bedroom and a bathroom. This has been completed and is used as storage for the owner / landlord. During your stay you use the lower floor. There is air conditioning and heating in the living room, dining room, kitchen and bedrooms. The entire ground floor, with belonging terraces, courtyard, pool and garden consists of almost 4 000 m². These are not available for the tenant.
Outside there is next to the covered terrace, which is furnished with comfortable seating and a dining table, two large terraces by the pool. There are two chairs and plenty of other comfortable outdoor furniture. In the courtyard is a fountain and seating area. You can barbecue with an electric barbecue. There is ample parking on site.
The property is accessed via a paved road. You have free internet access. There is a high chair, cot and washing machine.
You can also go hiking and discover the nature and the environment. Sedella is within walking distance and has two restaurants and a supermarket. The sea and the beach at Torre del Mar are about 30 minutes away.

Lovely place to stay

We enjoyed the house and the swimmingpool. The patio was a nice surprise. Lovely place to stay. The little town of Sedella is just a 10 minutes walk, local restaurant is verry good

A nice break in sunny Sedella

Very well equipped property with first rate kitchen and bathroom facilities. Nearly 360 degrees of great views from the outside areas. Short walk into the village of Sedella for food and drink. A house we would be pleased to return to.

Fabulous place to relax and enjoy rural living

Our second visit to Siete Arcos and once again we were looked after fantastically well by Caroline and Malcolm. It was hot but the house a/c was splendid. Time spent by the pool was made comfortable by the addition of new lounger cushions. Really nice evening meal at El Chiringuito in the village - high quality local dishes and friendly service.

Stunning Villa - perfect holiday.

Firstly, we had the best holiday we could have hoped for. The villa is incredibly well equipped, the villa manager, Caroline and her husband Malcolm are amazing. They live in the village and are very knowledgeable on the area as they have lived there for many years. The village itself is beautiful, lovely Mountain Views with a small shop and a couple of restaurants, don’t expect English dinning though, they are traditional Spanish restaurants serving fish and various meats, we really enjoyed eating out. Back to the villa, it is such a lovely place to stay, we were there with our 2 children, 9 and 6, who played in the lovely pool for hours each day whilst my wife and I enjoyed the views. The bedrooms are big and there are bathrooms. The kitchen has everything you would need too. There’s ample seating areas making the most of mountain viewing or views of the beautiful village. The drive up to the villa is incredible, winding roads, but breathtaking the entire trip. We can’t recommend this villa enough and will be looking to book it again next summer.

Ruhe pur

Wir haben 10 Nächte in diesem tollen Haus verbracht. Nicht einsehbar von Nachbarn, mit tollem Blick auf die Berge und bis zum Meer, kann man hier tolle Tage verbringen. Das Haus ist super sauber, toll eingerichtet und wir hatten nicht, wirklich gar nichts zu bemängeln.

Heerlijk huis

Wij hebben dit huis voor ruim 2 weken gehuurd. De omgeving is prachtig! En het huis was ook prachtig! Wat wij heel prettig vonden, was dat het huis compleet was. Van washandjes en schoonmaakdoekjes tot kinderspeelgoed. Van dat speelgoed is goed gebruik gemaakt door onze 2 kinderen. Om het huis zijn leuke en fijne plekjes om te zitten op degelijk tuinmeubilair. Het zwembad is ook goed gebruikt door ons en is heerlijk. Wel is aan te raden om een degelijke auto te huren. Dit omdat je redelijk in de bergen zit. Wij vonden het juist enorm fijn om zo ‘afgelegen’ te zitten. Maar voor grote boodschappen moet je toch echt naar Velez-Malaga. En dat is ongeveer 40 minuten rijden. Sedella is ook een prachtig dorpje met een paar hele leuke restaurants. Het huis is een mooie uitvalsbasis voor mooie wandelingen in de prachtige omgeving. Kortom: een dikke 10 voor dit huis.
