We stayed here 2 night. Things we liked: friendly staff and Hopi Culture abound. Food at the restaurant was good and plentiful. Rooms were clean and quiet but mattresses were only ok. The facility was not adequately staffed which unfortunately showed. There were few services available at the facility. The Hopi Museum was closed. There is no bar abd alcohol sold or allowed at the center.The Gift shop had wonderful Hopi made gifts but no snack type food, soft drinks or convience items. Stray "Rez" dogs wandered the facility. They were sweet and non threatening. We ate meals together with our large family and they did a great job accommodating us. I had everything I needed including a nice big mini fridge. They had extra blankets in the room but I could have used another hand towel or washcloth. Wi-Fi and TV were good. Bed was very soft, probably needing to be replaced. The property is pretty quiet, fairly typical for the reservation. Make sure to call or book ahead of time as the front desk is not available after 8:00\.
