Beautiful 3/2 Heated Pool Home with additional parking to accommodate boat parking (Please inquire with size of boat). This home features a complete Master Suite, with private pool access, private shower, and bathroom. There is a large open Kitchen, family room and living room with pool view. The first spare bedroom has a queen bed and Smart TV. The second spare bedroom offers a full/twin bunkbed arrangement. This split plan offers privacy for the master and the two additional bedrooms. Perfect multi-family/couples arrangement!

\-Guests are expected to clean up spills and keep rooms tidy. Floors should be mopped and swept if needed due to spills, foot tracks, or pets.   
\-Pool toys need to be kept out of the pool when not in use so it can be serviced weekly.   
\-Any and all damage needs to be reported immediately.   
\-Guests are not permitted to exceed listed occupancy in accordance with local laws.   
\-Guests will be asked to leave the residence for significant violations (in accordance with house, local, and state laws) and do so with the understanding they will not be refunded their deposit or any remaining nights on their reservation.

We absolutely loved staying at Pristine Paradise. It was so clean and very opened concept. The salt water pool and outdoor area were lovely. Great quiet walkable neighborhood. Our host was always available for any questions that we might have. We are going back again next year.

We were so pleased with this rental property. Very clean and spacious interior, it suited our needs for a family of 5 perfectly. The pool was also clean & refreshing, however, the pool patio dining set had seen better days. All of us had such a wonderful time, we would rent this property again. Thank you!

#### Prefect Stay!

We had a great time. Kids enjoyed the pool so much we barely left the house :) house had many things available to use. We will stay again if we come back to the area.

#### Relaxing Oasis

While we were only able to stay a short visit, this home provided us a wonderful place to kick back and relax. I appreciated the fact that the kitchen had real supplies (plenty of garbage bags, cascade, dawn, condiments,etc). The property manager was VERY easy to communicate with and very responsive....beds were super comfortable too!!

Everyone enjoyed this home! The host was very attentive to the maintenance of the pool. The neighborhood was safe and close to grocery stores. I stay in this area every March and will return when it's available!

#### Relaxing week in Sabastian.

Our family enjoyed a much needed time of relaxation at the property. The main living area has open and spacious feel. We spent a lot of time in the outdoor pool area which gets sun most of the day! The heated pool was enjoyable. The photos actually depict the home. The property is only about 12 minutes drive from Wabasso beach directly on the Atlantic. It's a very nice uncrowded beach. There are also many restaurants, bar and grills with outdoor dining along the Indian river within 15 minutes drive. The host Eddie communicated very well with us. We would stay here again if visiting the area in the future.

#### We loved this house! Perfect for kids as well. Our kids enjoyed the pool!

We will 100% be back when we stay in Sebastian. Our five kids fits perfectly in the home. It was a surprise that the bottom bunk had a trundle which allowed our three boys to each have a bed of their own. Our girls shared the bigger bed in the other guest room. Everything was very clean and there were a ton of towels for this family of 7! The pool was amazing and the owner did a great job keeping it warm and heated.

#### Great Stay

The house was everything we could’ve expected. We we’re in the area for a college baseball showcase. The beach was clean and beautiful. The area isn’t very touristy so we were disappointed in the lack of restaurants and things to do. And everything closed early including the beach. We we’re looking forward to a night walk but that was a no go. The house was great and the area is nice just not for teenagers or smaller kids.
