Even though it is small it was very comfortable for two people. The closets on both sides of the bed and under bed storage made it easy to keep uncluttered. The kitchen is well appointed. The location is excellent and walkable to waterfront restaurants and bars. We had a nice view of the Indian River and the table and chairs outside the front door were well used by us. This studio rental unit was clean, updated and perfect for my daughter, who was in town for a family reunion. The shared porch was a nice touch as we enjoyed happy hour there. The road is between the unit and the water, but you can see the beautiful intercoastal from the second story shared porch!
