Beautiful Patio Lounge, Boat Parking, and Fenced Yard, 6 miles to beach\~ Very Private\~ Master Queen Bedroom with TV\~ Spare Queen Bedroom with TV\~ Luxurious Bathrooms\*\*Simple tranquility \~ just minutes from the North County Aquatic Center (water park perfect for children of all ages), Ocean & Indian River\*\* Guests that have booked are confirming that they (the primary booker) and any guests that are part of the reservation, are aware and agree to the following rules outlined below, the rules listed under the house rules section, as well as any additional rules listed in the listing description/additional information section: \-$100 per pet fee is required to be paid before check-in information is provided. Non disclosure of pets will be considered a major house rule violation and will result in dismissal from the property. \-No cats allowed due to health hazards to the owner. \-1 House trained dog allowed under 20lbs. If bigger or more than one please inquire before booking. \-We will kindly confirm the number of guests and animals after a guest has booked. Confirmation is needed from the guest before access information is provided and before door codes are activated. \-Due to local city rules and permit regulations for vacation rentals, guests will need to contact the property manager at the number listed in the welcome binder for evening and overnight emergencies. It was very well appointed and from what we could tell, there was nothing more to be added. All living spaces were very spacious. We especially loved the outdoor space with its large fenced in yard and a beautiful sitting area complete with overhead fan, flat screen tv and a grill. Shopping and restaurants were very close by! Eddie, per usual, was very helpful and accommodating and always a pleasure to work with. We were a family of four and this house had plenty of space, comfortable and attractive furnishings, fully stocked kitchen and very nice bathrooms. We brought our small dog after communicating with the owner, and having the fenced backyard was fantastic. Location was very convenient for Sebastian and north Vero.
