Great location. However, the "important details" section of the ad failed to mention there is no air conditioning. And quiet, which was definitely a plus. Despite appearing like it was in the suburbs, it's actually a short walk from grocery stores, coffee shops and restaurants, plus a longer walk to the lake area with more of them.
