This is a 2-level single family house, featuring one king, one queen, a twin bulk bed, one double/ full size bed offering a stylish and peaceful escape in a beautiful neighborhood.

FIRST FLOOR:  
  
\- The first floor features the 2 bedrooms, each bedroom furnished with a queen or double bed and ample storage for clothing, along with a fully equipped bathroom stocked with all necessary bath essentials.  
  
\- The main floor also has our living room exudes style, featuring a comfortable sofa and 58 inch Smart TV.   
  
SECOND FLOOR:  
  
\- On the second floor, you'll find the master bedroom with a king size bed. It features stylish furnishings and ample clothing storage.   
  
\- A seamless integration of the kitchen, living areas, and dining room, ideal for both relaxation and entertainment.   
  
\- Guest Bedroom: A twin bulk bed with closet which can sleep two guests here.

\- We have driveway and carport could fit at least 4 cars to park. Parking is not an issue!

The entire house is included in this rental. Guest access will be granted via a smart lock.

Sand Point Neighborhood in Seattle is a peaceful, residential area located in the northeastern part of the city, near the shores of Lake Washington. It's known for its scenic views, historic charm, and proximity to green spaces and outdoor activities.

While they are usually placed in areas out of reach for pets and children, please don't leave them unsupervised.  
  
\- This home has 2 stories and is not wheelchair friendly. Please see above for the floor-by-floor layout.

\- Regular rate is for 6 guests, additional guests are $25/person/night up to a maximum of 8 guests. Please indicate an accurate number of guests.

The interior space was clean and the property manager was quick to respond with answers to questions. The house is situated on a busy street (40 MPH throughway). The furniture on the main level was sparse and not conducive to relaxing or gathering as a group. The kitchen/dining room table was too small for our party of 5\. The outdoor space was weedy and uninviting. We wound up departing earlier than planned to move to more a more comfortable rental.
