Deneen was such a a great host..very communicative, checked in a few times, and made the stay even easier. The Guesthouse was easy to access, super clean, and very comfy! Kitchen was more than equipped and there is even a dishwasher, washer, and dryer in the unit. Easy walk to the zoo, coffee, or restaurants (within 12-15min). We came to Seattle for a friend’s wedding weekend, and had the best time staying at this property. The rooftop patio was our sanctuary where we could enjoy an evening sunset or a relaxing afternoon break. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, and we walked to a few local coffee shops and restaurants. The place itself was beautiful - exactly like the pictures. It was very well appointed, down to the water in the fridge and the toiletries in the bathroom. Even though there were only two of us, we laid out the king sized sofa bed (which was surprisingly comfortable - we want to buy our own now) to take advantage of a little down time we had. The space was the perfect size for the 2 of us. In addition to the great space, amenities, and location, the hosts were fantastic. Incredibly responsive (despite being out of the country traveling), and even accommodated us checking in early. We will definitely stay here when we come back to Seattle again! ##### Ashley J.
