We had to contact the owner to have it reset, after the 4th time, they finally gave the code for the lockbox which had actual keys to use. The tv in the bedtime didn’t work, the a/c in the upstairs bedroom didn’t work. There was no laundry detergent. The heater on the rooftop didn’t work. Communication with the owner was terrible. There was no response to messages regarding the tv issue or our request for a possible late check-out. If there was a response, I was told she’d get back to me but never did.
