There weren't any amenities. Room didn't look like the photos online when booking. There were flies in our room, bathroom towel had something black caked on, and the location didn't really make us feel safe. The front desk clerk was very nice

At check-In and behind the Registration desk what looked like a pile of junk. Very unkempt. The elevator was not working The TV had no closed caption for the Deaf. Violation of the ADA. The morning I left there was no light in the bathroom or left side of bed. Clock, my watch and phone didnt get charged. Coming up from the downstairs parking garage is very narrow and steep and a little scary.

We didn’t even get a chance to stay here because they overbooked themselves then refused to give us a refund. The parking was terrible, dirty and expensive. You would think parking would at least be cheap or free if you already have to spend hundreds of dollars on a hotel. Bad experience would not recommend.

Very clean room and we got upgraded to a two bedroom even though we booked for a one bedroom and no extra cost. Very friendly staff we were able to check in one hour early free bag holding basic breakfast but good value for the price pretty good location.

It was a good stay overall at The Dylan. The location was good, the Space Needle and Pike Place were within a 15 minute walk from the hotel, and around it were a lot of restaurants and even a convenience store which was super helpful! I will say that the pictures definitely catfished us, the room was smaller than it looked in the picture and the set up was different. The bed was also okay, not the best to sleep in but if you’re tired from a long day it definitely hit. The toilet had some issues sometimes with the water but it was fixable, just annoying to deal with. My friend and I were a bit disappointed with the room layout/decor but we stayed of course and everything did end up working out well. The staff was also really nice and the small breakfast was perfect for a quick snack in the morning. AC and heater worked perfectly too!

The Dylan staff was the one highlight. This is a motel and make no mistake. It is not an updated motel. This property is a complete dump. Light of the next-door building came through the curtains, which were not blackout, all night. No light sockets in the bathroom so you have to blow dry your hair without being in front of a mirror.

This is a decent motel, but I would not recommend for an extended stay. The location is great, it is walking distance from almost anything you’d like to do while in Seattle. However, there is no working elevator, the shower is impossible to adjust, and the walls are extremely thin. I believe the property is currently being updated but as of now the rooms (specifically the bathrooms) are pretty outdated. I think this could be a good place for a night or two, but not the most comfortable overall.

Pictures online did not give a false impression of this hotel. The rooms looked similar. Room smelled of bleach, had to air out. Elevator to 2nd floor was not working. The back of hotel road noise at all hours didn't help either.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The whole property really needs updating and cheering up. Old furniture and bathroom facilities made it appear unclean even if it wasn't. The taps and bath were clean but old. The blind was not fit for purpose as an outside light was on all night, it shone through the slats and kept the room light all night. The reception is old and basic and does not give a good impression. Good central location, lovely staff. All that is needed is a refurbishment.
