Copper Key Properties presents this Hip & Fresh Lush Oasis home in the heart of Seattle! All basics are covered - and then some! Just unpack your things and get ready to explore! This 2BR/1BA Capitol Hill home puts you in the heart of the action. Bus stop, light rail, bike share, and streetcar are minutes away. Enjoy modern finishes, a deck, and a private garden in your gated yard!

LIVING AREA
Enter the remodeled main living space, featuring hardwood floors, high-end furnishings, and modern touches.

After a day of sightseeing, relax in the living room, furnished with a couch and an armchair. Flip through channels on the flat-screen TV and watch favorite shows.

KITCHEN & DINING
Bright-red barstools and an area rug provide pops of color that contrast with clean white cabinets and marbled gray granite countertops in the kitchen. Stainless steel appliances are paired with smaller appliances like a blender, coffeemaker, and toaster in this well-stocked kitchen.

The open-concept floor plan makes the chef part of the party! A Dining table seats four (with the ability to expand to six) for meals and card games.

BEDROOMS & BATH
Light streams in from the skylight on the stairwell landing as you head upstairs to the primary bedroom.

Calming grays and whites create a soothing environment. Rest up in the king bed with luxury linens; ample closet space and a window air-conditioning unit add comfort and convenience. The en-suite bathroom has a subway-tiled tub/shower combination and an extra-large double vanity.

You'll find another spacious bedroom with a queen bed downstairs with a window for natural light.

OUTDOOR AREA
Grill out on the gas barbeque with herbs from the garden below and dine alfresco at the bistro table on the front deck! Bring a book and sit in the tranquil private, fenced garden.

THE LOCATION
Situated in the funky Capitol Hill neighborhood of Seattle, the house is the perfect home base for exploring the city. Walk to restaurants, cafes, grocery stores, yoga, the park, and much more.

Catch an indie film or the latest blockbuster at Central Cinema (10 minutes on foot). Browse the selections at Elliot Bay Books (10 minutes on foot), sipping on freshly brewed coffee.

Visit other neighborhood favorites like Molly Moons Ice Cream (11 minutes on foot), Cal Anderson Park (12 minutes on foot), and the Capitol Hill Farmers Market (14 minutes on foot). Downtown Seattle is only a 20-minute walk, so you can easily enjoy popular sites like Pike Place Market, the Space Needle, and Waterfront Park.

Want to explore even farther? A bus stop is 1 block away and a Pronto bike share station is 5 minutes away. You can also get around the city via the streetcar to downtown (10 minutes on foot) or the light rail station (15 minutes on foot).

IMPORTANT NOTES
- The fantastic Capitol Hill Annual Block Party is July 18 - 20. Guests should expect a festival atmosphere on nearby streets with traffic, and you may be able to hear the bands/musicians. You will have your reserved parking space, but street parking will be limited. Please do not book this weekend if this will not be okay with you. It is a fun time!
- Guest may be required to sign a Guest Stay Agreement with Copper Key Properties.
- Sorry, this is a no pet(s) and no guest pet(s) property.
- Note: this is a duplex with a 1-bedroom unit located behind the home with its own entrance.
- There are stairs at this property, so it is may not be a good fit for anyone with mobility challenges: at the street (7) and from the parking area (6), to the front door (see photo), and the one bathroom is at the top of the interior stairs. Please inquire if unsure.
- Parking notes: There is free reserved parking for 1 vehicle behind the home in the alley & free street parking.
- Air conditioning is via a window unit in the upstairs bedroom and a portable unit for downstairs if needed. The downstairs bedroom stays cool, though there is a fan if preferred.
* The cleaning fees noted are for short-term stays; cleaning fees for long-term stays will be discussed prior to a confirmation. We will simply pass along the fee the cleaners charge us to have the home brought back to the state it was given; we do not add any fee on top of the cleaners.

Excellent Five Star Property

We completed our 7 day stay, and were very happy with the property. Would stay again. The property is as described and clean. It comes with a well stocked kitchen/general supplies, air conditioning, and all the electrical outlets/charging ports you could want. Great location in First Hill/Capital Hill. Within walking distance to restaurants, parks, grocery stores, public transit, and bars.Reserved parking is a big plus as street parking can be challenging to find. Lauren, the property manager, is great. Excellent, detailed information provided in advance of the stay. And she is available during the stay if further assistance is needed. Looking forward to the next opportunity to stay here.

Perfect Spot for a Long Weekend!

This was the perfect rental for our group (4 adults)! The house was fully stocked with everything we could have needed (linens, kitchen supplies, towels, toiletries, etc.) Host was always super quick to respond when we did have questions. They also provided a guide to the neighborhood which was super helpful when trying to plan out activities/make reservations. Location was perfect - convenient to restaurants and not far from Pike's Place, but on a quiet street. Highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Seattle!

The house manager is fantastic and attentive

There are many great things about this property and there are some things to know that are not listed in the booking information. The stairs for parking and the house itself could benefit from grip tape with high visibility lines on it. While they are lit it is hard to see in the shadows. The furniture in the house is not built for larger bodies. The chair in the living room can hold a large adult but the couch made all sorts of noise with 2 adults over 200 sitting on it and my buddy who was over 400 didn't trust any furniture in the house to sit on. The kitchen is set up in a way that keeps kids out of the cabinets. This also keeps short adults or people with reach limitations from accessing plates, cups, and things. The only bathroom in the house is upstairs! OH and the hot water heater will only make about half a bath of hot water so you need to time your showers if you have more than one person looking to take a hot shower. (A flash hot water heater could fix this issue)The body wash and shampoo and things are cocoanut sent for those with allergy concerns.The location is great if you are able to do stairs and hills. The yard is private and the host went above and beyond to make sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. This house is a duplex so expect to hear the other tenants as they go up and down the stairs.

In Seattle from Alaska for medical. This place was a gem, within walking distance of Swedish and other facilities, with two groceries and numerous restaurants also within walking distance. Special touches such as soup and crackers, spices, teas, bottled waters etc just an indication of how thes folks care about their guests. 5 stars!

Perfect location, perfect host

This two story comfy home was perfect for me and my family as our stay in Seattle required a central location. We could walk nearby to tons of restaurants and bars, made easy by the notebook of recommendations left for us. The designated parking spot made coming home less stressful. The beds were so amazingly comfortable that my mom actually had me get the mattress information from the host. The kitchen is so well stocked, there’s nothing more you could need. And last but not least the host was so wonderful and communicative, going above and beyond when I left an item on accident. Totally recommend!

Epic Capitol Hill weekend stay

My wife and I were looking to get away for a 3 day weekend, and found this perfect home! Parked and walked everywhere, including the piers downtown (although admittedly took an Uber back up!). Fun filled Capitol Hill restaurants and bars are at your doorstep, will be back, thank you!
