Second floor hallway smelled of athletes foot. Room was only slightly better. Sofa bed was barely able to be slept on. Pool not open until after Memorial Day. However, location was good and staff helpful amd pleasant.
Fantastic staff, fantastic place—It’s a really nice location by several bus stops and some restaurants, and the nearest grocery store is within walking distance! There was a smell of weed up on the second floor hallways, with another rather queer smell in my room, but you acclimate to the room’s smell rather quickly. Despite it, they provide dishwashing liquids for the dishwasher, can openers and cooking equipment, and the room itself is really clean! The staff also care about those who stay here; I never felt brushed off, ignored, or disrespected once.
The room was nice, the beds were comfortable, the staff were friendly, and I felt safe at the location.

TLDR: was first put in room that wasn’t what I’d booked. Some staff helpful - manager not. Complimentary breakfast is a misnomer.
Room was advertised as a two queen and double sofa bed, first room we were given was a two queen and TWIN sofa bed. When I alerted the manager of this because we were a party of six and there wasn’t enough bed space I was told that was the largest room they had. After spending half an hour panic trying to find another hotel big enough for my family I went back down to ask what the cancellation fee would be - and the manager had left. The employee manning the desk offered to let look at another room in case it would work and sure enough, this one did have a double sofa bed. So we stayed. After that our stay was wholly unremarkable. Other than that the only thing to note is “complimentary breakfast” is a stretch - each morning there was a small display of instant oatmeal and a carafe of hot water and some coffee (no real cream, just coffee mate). We ended up buying some things to supplement and there was a full size fridge in the room so that was actually possible.
Great central location. Its needs renovation. Shabby looking and most appliances were broken down, in constant repair and they key cards stopped working daily.
Perfect for our overnight stay close to McMenamins Anderson School which we attended a st.patricks event.
Clean and also enjoyed breakfast in the morning
Overall a great experience. Unfortunately it snowed so the Dish Network was out of service with no cable TV. Very clean and very quiet. I would stay here again.
The staff is amazing! So grateful I found this place to stay at when I’m in the area. Honestly my favorite extended stay I’ve ever stayed at and I’ve stayed in over 50 of them. Thank you for everything!!-olive
We stayed during a storm when our house had lost power. The hotel was busy with lots of people who were also affected by the storm. Staff members were very helpful and friendly considering all the circumstances!

The front desk staff at night--Alan, I think--was so courteous, considerate & understanding to our concerns & request. He treated us like old friends!
