Place was as describe in the advertisement. Great location for doing almost anything in the Seattle area and only about 15 steps from a great little coffee shop. I'd book here again.
Excellent location right in the heart of downtown. Only a 10 minute walk to the train station and all of the key tourist locations were easily walkable. The apartment was very cozy, clean and well decorated. Would stay again
Perfect location for a couple of days in Pikes Place Market before our cruise.
All were a convenient walking distance. Host had great suggestions for things to do.
The room was set up like no one was there beforehand, host was had a good response time within 5 mins. Didn't really use the kitchen but it was cute and plenty of room for the snacks and did not have to use the firplace. The location was great for tourist locations! And coffee shops on the same street, and Italian restroom around the corner. And overnight parking was easy to get to for my rental! Definitely would come back to this host again.
I love the location - close to everything one would want in Seattle, and the place was simply wonderful.great communication and the place was nicely updated and yet retaining its character. Look forward to staying there again. 5 stars for sure.
Carlos made us feel welcomed and was attentive to any needs we had. Made himself available to questions and was prompt to reply. The room is small but comfortable enough for two people. It is situated perfectly for exploring the city being just a short walk from Pike Place market, the ferry (ride the ferry!) or short monorail ride to the Needle. We didn’t use the adequately stocked kitchen because there were just too many wonderful restaurants to try.Would definitely come back!
My Brothers first NFL game and visit to Seattle… so the amenities of the condo was great and it was in perfect location for us. We found secure parking nearby, which was super important overall great location.
A great place to stay if you are seeing an event at the Climate Pledge. Its pnly about a 15min walk from Pikes Place Market and about 20 to the arena. Very cute compact space that was well decorated and very clean.
Liked this place very much. The location is perfect. Cute Studio. Very easy communications with Carlos, his responses were quick and helpful.
Another important convenience is a short walk to the train which goes to an airport.
I stayed here for 6 days as part of the crew of a sail racing team. The apartment was really convenient for walking to the marina, downtown and to tourist attractions like the Space Needle. It was a very peaceful relaxing space and the kitchen was great for preparing simple meals.
I can highly recommend this apartment and would definitely stay here again.
The location of the apartment was perfect for all sites we wanted to see. The transportation to & from SEATAC airport was easy; no care needed. I contacted the owner on a few occasions & he was very prompt in responding to all contacts. The apartment was so quaint & cute. I would definitely stay at this apartment/location again when revisiting Seattle.
This little studio is so cute and in a really great location. It was really easy to access, and communication with the owner was excellent. It does get a little loud around midnight as the kitchen backs up to the loading zone for the donut shop. But the donut shop is lovely and tasty, and the noise didn’t last long. Highly recommend, would stay again.
Overall we had a great time in Seattle. Carlos was an excellent host with timely communication. The location is centrally located to so many of the Seattle attractions and the donuts next door were a huge plus. The only negative was a lot of street noise at night/early morning. Not much to do about that but call it out.
Carlos was a great host for this beautiful, quaint spot in a centrally located area (right next to an amazing donut shop!). The place was immaculate had all amenities we needed. It was a pretty easy walk to all of the tourist sites and to the light rail and monorail. You could vaguely hear neighbors but everyone was pretty quiet. The place was not bright and sunny but it didn’t matter because we were out most of the day. I would 100% stay there again.
The place was perfect for our long weekend trip in Seattle. About the size of a large hotel room with Kitchen included so you can easily make your own food. There is a little bar table where you can sit. Older building so can be a bit chilly in winter but there is a radiator, space heater and the little wall mounted fireplace is also a space heater. Not much of a view but that was not what we were after. Neighborhood was fine and I felt safe but it can get quite empty at night. Locals might be able to comment better on that. The location was perfect fro exploring any other neighborhood. Public transit is great in Seattle. The Light Rail stops very close by so you can zip straight to and from the airport.
When we return to Seattle, this is where we'll stay. First of all, the location is excellent. We could walk to everything that we wanted to see/do. We originally booked it because it's a block from Jazz Alley and we had tickets for a show. But we found that it was close to any number of things: The Space Needle, Pike Market, The Sphere.....Secondly, the accommodations were excellent. Our host had thought of every detail to make our stay comfortable: a French press for our morning coffee, a space heater for our warmth and even a wall "fireplace" for ambiance. (And it didn't hurt that there was an excellent coffee shop downstairs. The only drawback is the parking is expensive during the week, but hey, that's Seattle! We did note that the Amazon building has free parking on the weekends. We would highly recommend a stay here.

Liked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
Overall would recommend stay, property and rate communication with property manager/ owner 9/10.
Great location and provided information for stay and open communication throughout if questions arrose.
My only suggestion is providing parking information and detailed ie parking lots, garages etc including rates, locations and times. We used all resources, including asking property contact ( which was helpful) but not being familiar with the area it was very difficult even with provided info to find a safe and reasonable priced/ close lot, garage for our 3 day stay. We ended up paying nearly as much for parking daily as a quarter of our vrbo stay cost and recieved a 95 dollar ticket as well. Other than parking everything was great.
Thank you
Was a lovely stay in this cute apartment. We were within walking distance of everything we wanted to see, and right next to an incredible donut shop. Carlos was a wonderful host. Would highly recommend!
