\*. We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.  
  
\*. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the house. Violations of this policy will result in a minimum fine of $500 per night.

Please note that we offer two options to protect both you and the property, ensuring it remains in excellent condition for you and future guests: a non-refundable Damage Waiver for a small fee ($49.5), or a refundable Safety Deposit ($500). The House is just terrific. Had a family of four, with various people working on/off over a 7 days. The neighborhood is vibrant, and you can walk to pretty much anything you need. Fremont is also a slightly longer walk, and it as anything you could want. People biked and ran on the Burke Gilman trail. Splendid.

Nice to have a parking spot but don’t get too large of a vehicle.Place was comfortable but needs a few things: more variety of towels, more cookware, and cooking utensils for longer stays. Good location for Fremont area and not far from UW.
