It was more spacious than it appeared on the website and kitchen and bathrooms very new. The yard provides a great place to hang out outside, although needed some maintainence/cleaning before we could use the outdoor furuniture. The owners were very responsive and checked to make sure we didn't have any problems, which was greatly appreciated. A nice place, and we will stay here again when visiting Seattle. From the moment we arrived we were stunned by the beautiful landscaping in the front and the spacious Vrbo itself!Everything was clean and well maintained. The layout allowing for ample privacy with rooms on opposite sides of home both with their own bathrooms with full showers. It was so relaxing after a long day of travel to walk into the room and see there was a ceiling fan for my husband who can’t sleep without a fan. He was extra excited when he learnt there was a remote to control the fans! Very happy with our stay at this Vrbo! I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I never thought I'd have to say the words "poop chunks" in a review of a property, but unfortunately here we are. This place is in a great location in Ballard and has a nice backyard space. The unit itself is fairly tiny and cramped, which is not atypical of the location. All this would have been ok, but we got there, one of the beds was completely a mess and seemed like someone had just slept in it. I contacted the property management company and they told me to change the sheets. When entering the bathroom, the toilet had a bunch of acute rather than chronic looking poop chunks in it. I've literally never had this happen in any place I've ever stayed before. I contacted the company again for this, they asked me to send them a picture, and I haven't heard from them since. Street parking was packed but we always found a spot in close walking distance. One thing to note that I didn't realize before arriving that there is a steep staircase of about 20 stone steps leading up to the front door.
