Johnny and all of the front desk staff were attentive and helpful. The building had a water leak floors above and they were quick to fix the issue. The unit doesn't have AC and fans were provided, one fan wasn't working and Vacassa had one shipped to the unit the next morning. Steps away from Pike Place, Target, public transportation and museums! ##### Christina T. Was a little warm when we were there. The unit doesn't have AC but the unit did have plenty of fans. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Newmark Towers offers many amenities but we didn't really have time to use them. Front desk staff was very friendly. The only negative was that we never could get wifi. We were given a network and password that were non-existent. We contacted Vacasa, but they were unable to help us resolve that problem. This was a great space for an extended stay in the heart of central Seattle. The best part about the place is the location. Literally a block away from Pike's Place market. Plenty of shops and places to eat nearby. The views from the window give you a look at the market and the bay beyond. There was no air conditioning. I don't really blame them for that as most places in Seattle don't have A/C. It was just unfortunate that it was in the middle of a heat wave when we arrived. There were several fans left in the place for cooling. Overall we had an amazing stay. The chair that was reported broken back in 2019 was still there and still broken. Both showers did not drain very well. These are the reasons for 4 stars instead of 5. ##### Craig D. I reported it. The TV is very outdated. Could use an update. The amenities were good. The business center was nice to work. The pool was nice. The hot tub however does not bubble. The front desk staff gets FIVE STARS! They were wonderful. We felt very safe and we had a lot of fun. Target is right downstairs. As well as a nice coffee shop. And Hard Rock right across the street.
