The unit does only have the 1 portable AC unit, in the bedroom, which was difficult working from the living room on the warmer days. Perhaps another fan or something in that room to help circulate the air. Space Needle, MO POP and Public Market were 0.4 miles away which is great for fast walking while seeing other sites of the city. The balcony has a nice view of the ocean and is great for people watching. This place was perfectly located! So much good food and you can see the water from the balcony. Itā€™s within walking distance to Pikes Place Market which makes it a great location to explore the city. They had extra blankets and pillows for the kids which I appreciated! It was a little tough explaining the recycling rules to the kids, and it was tough trying to keep the noise down considering it shares walls on both sides with the neighbors and I had some excitable teenagers with us! Itā€™s within walking distance to all the touristy sights and museums. Minus 2 nights of noise from the nightclub across the street, it was surprisingly quiet. We rarely heard the neighborā€™s. For central city location, this was better than I expected. Communication was a breeze and super efficient. Vince checked in to make sure everything was going okay. The condo itself looks exactly like the listing. It was well stocked with toiletries and paper products. There was even earplugs if it was too noisy. I would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone, but especially to first time visitors of the area. Oh and the view off the balcony was fabulous! ##### Raina D. The bed was fabulously comfortable, the building has a pool/gym, and the included streaming services were on point. Communication with the property owner was great with prompt responses. I appreciated the knowledge of the person that I met on the property, but know that you can ask for a shortened version if you arenā€™t interested in additional tips and tricks about the city after a long day of travel, though his suggestions did end up being on point.
