Not impressed. The photos are outdated and don’t reflect the current condition of the property. It seems like it hasn’t been maintained since those photos were taken which was disappointing. While the nightly rate looks reasonable at first glance, after all the fees are added the total ends up being roughly three times higher, which feels excessive for what’s offered. There’s also a cleaning fee that makes up about a third of the final cost, which doesn’t seem like it’s actually being put toward cleaning the unit. Major issues: the AC didn’t work, and the fridge doesn’t close properly without a forceful shove (we woke up to the freezer thawed and leaking). Walls are very thin—you can clearly hear the neighboring suite (which also has the better view, so book carefully). The terrace doesn’t appear to have been maintained since the photos were taken—what’s shown as clean wood is now weathered and grey with moss/algae. Cleanliness and maintenance were lacking: cobwebs on the light fixture, dirty baseboards, dirty under the bed, a slow/clogged sink, ripped curtain grommets, a cluttered closet, and the towel rack was falling off with a poor repair and mismatched paint. One towel was worn/frayed. Smaller issues: no full-length mirror as shown, toiletry jars on sink missing, chairs blocked windows, exposed TV wires, and bedding doesn’t match photos. We felt safe in the area, but overall this didn’t match expectations. I wish I had checked reviews beforehand. Would not stay again.
