We did run into issues figuring out the various heaters throughout the property and the temperature in the house was very low when we arrived (60F or about 14C), batteries were low on two smoke detectors and beeping periodically so we had to replace them, and the dishwasher and microwave didn’t work for the duration of the stay. The owner uses an Aadvark Partners system that is not a standard VRBO system. We couldn’t upload required documents, we received no communication. As a result, payments were not being automatically paid. It is a good property for young people. It is not conducive for seniors. The beds are almost on the ground. There are no chairs or nightstands in the bedroom. The kitchen has only four high stools. Both hand held showers had issues and the kitchen faucet was leaking.
