Art filled 1908 house in Columbia City, close to Light Rail. Cozy, relaxing, fun

  • Art and color filled home with high ceilings and small rooms on the main floor. Open top floor is the main light filled bedroom with a California King bed. Smaller bedroom on 1st floor. There is enough space to gather together or have some private time.Full kitchen with sitting nook. Back porch with territorial view through a giant Deodora Cedar. There is a pergola in the yard that you are welcome to spent time in. Smoking okay outside. Well behaved dogs negotiable.
    Downtown Columbia City is an easy walk, with a grocery store, restaurants, an art gallery, bakery, coffee shops and more. Light Rail is 3 blocks away, taking you to downtown in 15 minutes, to the airport in 20 minutes. A vehicle is not necessary but there is a parking pass available.
