Fire up the BBQ and gather around our lit outdoor patio and fire pit in the secluded forest of North City. Our 3BR home is walking distance to light rail and a 20-minute drive from downtown. Enjoy the well-stocked coffee bar and air conditioning (a rare Seattle luxury) and stay comfortable with our premium mattresses and bedding. Family friendly set up curated by your local hosts (parents who "get it"). We can’t wait to host you for your next Seattle adventure.

Living Space & Coffee Bar
The Living Room: Light-filled seating area with large windows framing the greenery, equipped with full air conditioning.
Connectivity: Driven by Gigabit fiber internet and a full mesh WiFi network, you will have reliable streaming and video conferencing anywhere on the property.
The Coffee Station: Well-equipped with a Nespresso Vertuo, French press, standard drip machine, electric kettle, and a coffee grinder. Stocked with a complimentary starter of premium PNW favorites.
Bedrooms & Layout Every bed features a premium hybrid medium-firm mattress. Each guest is provided with two pillows (one firm, one soft) and high-quality 100% sateen cotton sheets.
Primary Bedroom: Queen bed. Bedroom 2: Two Twin XL beds. Bedroom 3: Queen bed & Tandem Flex Suite.
The third queen bedroom connects directly to an open-doorway tandem bonus room. Tucked inside this tandem space is a dedicated workspace and a twin daybed. This area functions as a flexible sleeping option, but is not included in our total bed count.
The Bathroom A classic Seattle rambler, our 3BR home has only 1 bathroom - worth noting if you are staying with a larger group. We keep it fully stocked with amenities and salon-quality shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
Patio & Yard A private, fenced outdoor space set against a backdrop of trees. This area includes: A large glass-top dining table under overhead string lights. An outdoor sectional sofa surrounding a propane fire pit A large BBQ Umbrellas

Guest access You will have exclusive access to the entire house and yard during your stay. You will not have access to the garage or shed.
Other things to note Our home is tucked in a quiet cul-de-sac in a typical Seattle-style hilly neighborhood. The driveway is somewhat steep and requires reversing (either up or down). We’ve got you covered with parking at the street level if you prefer to avoid the reverse, but note that you’ll need to carry your bags up the driveway and you will not be able to access the EV charger from the lower parking.
You may periodically hear ambient noise from airplanes or the road a few blocks away.
