Relax in this elegant first-floor apartment overlooking the peaceful River Axe - just a 4-minute walk from the beach and a short stroll to Seaton’s vibrant town centre.  
  
Perfect for couples, friends or families, the apartment sleeps four guests across two spacious bedrooms: one with a king-size bed and the other with a super king that can be split into two singles. One bedroom has an en-suite shower room, and there’s also a separate family bathroom.  
  
The open-plan kitchen, lounge, and dining area is bright and welcoming, with large windows offering river views - ideal for bird watching or spotting the famous Seaton Tram as it glides by. Step out onto the covered balcony to enjoy your morning coffee straight from the hot tap, or an evening drink while taking in the sights and sounds of nature.  
  
Children and small dogs are very welcome, and the apartment is fully accessible via lift. There’s private parking for two cars, including an EV charging point for your convenience.  
  
Located on the Jurassic Coast, Seaton is a charming seaside town surrounded by stunning coastal walks, nature reserves, and attractions like the Seaton Wetlands and the Seaton Tramway. It’s the perfect base for exploring East Devon and beyond.
