It’s perfect for people-watching and soaking in the atmosphere. We all agreed this was the best view we've ever had in any place we've stayed in Seaside.What we couldn’t quite understand is why the owners haven’t invested just a fraction—about what the property likely earns in a week—to fix these simple cosmetic issues. We were a bit disappointed that you had to go around to the beach access door on the other side of the building to get to the boardwalk when our room was "right there". However, even though it was beachfront - the beach access was challenging. Access to the pool and sauna was only through a locked door, we had to ask the onsite manger to unlock to use. The unit did not have scissors…. Kind of a necessity for opening bags of lettuce, veggies, etc. The floors appeared clean, but were not. The HVAC vents were absolutely filthy. The queen bed had a very distinct sag in the center of it. The toilet in the master was so small and low to the ground, left a lot to be desired.I personally will not stay at this property again. ##### Linda A. The views from the condo were fantastic. The condo was dated (which does not bother us except the carpet) and very clean. The kitchen had the minimum of what we needed to make meals. Our toilet handle broke the first time we used it, and the maintenance was quick to come fix it for us so we appreciate that. The living room stayed warm with the heat and fireplace, but the back bedrooms were pretty chilly and drafty. All in all, we will definitely be back! ##### Deidra J.
