We were able to entertain family from out of state, having more than enough room to visit, cook and eat together. The house is in a quiet neighborhood, has a huge backyard yet was located so that getting around was easy enough. Would love to come back in future. ##### Rhonda P. It is nicely appointed and a great base to do whatever our schedule is for the day. Great backyard for kids and grownups with a nice fire pit. Wonderful and quiet neighborhood and yet a simple walk to town. This is our 29th year coming to Seaside, this is the best home we have stayed in to accommodate our family. Our family was very surprised with property. This lovely home was very welcoming with snack on the counter when arrived and so many extras that were included for us to use. We had so much fun while at the beach but we also could not wait to get back and relax outside with an amazing backyard with a fire pit. Our little dog had so much room to run around too.
