Sofitel London Gatwick
Had food but not very good value. Nice enough but could have eaten the same again. £60+ for one course for 2 and one dessert. A bottle of water and a small lime and soda.

Room was cleaned okay. AC was incredible! No amenities other than two 250ml bottles of water, plus an extra one we found in between the bed and the wall… hence the cleaning comment.

Vertus Edit Canary Wharf
Hotel was nice, staff were ok. Room was clean and tidy. I had an issue and it took a while to fix. Downside no A/C so had to sleep with the window open which was noisy.

Tv not connected and therefore unusable; sole living space lamp not working; kitchen under cupboard lights not working; loose flooring in the kitchen; light diffusers missing. 45 minute wait to check in. Do I need to go on…. All issues raised with on site staff.
