This was really amazing.The cons is that having all with an agency instead of an individual it's less convenient, no one will reply your messages, you have to call all the time with not so much help. You have to drive 30 min to pick up keys and return them, they should find something easier for the people, specially traveling with kids.In general house was clean and comfortable. But it's run by an agency that seems to run lots of properties in the area. And you'll get much better customer service renting from individuals on Stayz. The listing does explain that you need to pick up and drop off your keys, but what we didn't realise is that this is a one hour round trip from the house. It was so unnecessary and really inconvenient. We also just found the people we dealt with not that friendly or personal. ##### Sophie A.
