"My wife and I visited for 4 days in May for my birthday. In the pictures the resort looks amazing but in person there’s a lot of work that needs to be done. The rooms are broken down, there’s bugs everywhere in the room, there was flys everywhere on the buffet area. First and last time visiting. ..."

"Mike was very friendly and exhibited wonderful customer service. We asked for someone to sweep sand from a specific area in our unit and he came through like a breath of fresh air and swept AND mopped the ENTIRE unit! He was great!"
