"The house and location are excellent, quite comfortable and well equipped with easy acces to wonderful beaches. The house host is EXTREMELY considerate and polite. My ONLY negative, which is no hindrance to a return visit, and accounts for the 4 star rating on "accuracy of online listing" is that the accompanying photograph suggests an on-the-bluff location and view for this "ocean view home". Such a view does not exist from this home. A more accurate photograph is recommended. G.S."

"Beautiful property! You have access to the trails right next to the ocean and it was the prettiest walk I’ve ever been on. The rooms are well designed with convenience in mind - remote control lighting, outlets, B&O portable speaker, etc etc. The staff are also super friendly and helpful. Will return to this property anytime :) "

"We had a wonderful stay in this perfect house, just the right size for a couple or two and a few minutes from beaches, Sea Ranch Lodge, and Gualala. The view of the night sky from the deck when the weather is clear is absolutely sublime. 100% would recommend."

"This home is stunning and exceeded our expectations. Views are amazing from the home and the walk to the cliff is perhaps 2 minutes and the beach just a few minutes more. The area is serene and at most you see a few joggers or a couple other people hiking. The office was a perfect place to take a few morning calls before a lovely breakfast on the beach. We didn’t cook a full meal (we picked up chowder and crab sandwiches in Bodega Bay to bring up with us), but the kitchen was well appointed with quality dishes (no plastic) and everything we would have needed to cook. Gualala just a few minutes up the coast is a cute little town with a few restaurants and shops. I highly recommend getting a massage at Healing Arts. Amazing! The primary bedroom’s mattress was super comfy. The house was immaculate. I would definitely choose this property again if just traveling with my spouse. Do read the posting carefully as this is an open concept home so I would not recommend for 2 couples. Diane (the host) is very quick to communicate which is so appreciated!"

"The house is very comfortable and well set up. No ocean view, but a nice small private meadow right behind the house. You do have to drive to get to the beach and bluff trail. The main drawback for us was that the hot tub was right outside our bedroom window and seems to run some sort of long cycle during the night-- an hour the first night, 3 hours one of the other nights, at 55 decibels. It's impossible to sleep while that is happening. In hindsight, we should have moved to one of the other bedrooms after that first night. I would recommend that anyone staying there not use the bedroom next to the hot tub deck."
