The bad is, parking is poor if the other units are being occupied there is nowhere to park for all and the street is full until 5pm, annoying when trying to get things from the car. The shower has mould in it, the kitchen tap was broken, and there was dust in many areas. It’s too close to mechanical business as no way you sleep past 7am as that is very noisy.
