"A déconseiller surtout si vous avez des problèmes musculaires ou de jambes impatiente, matelas mou comme tout et surtout une grosse tâche de sang ou d'excréments marron rougeâtre. Photo prise, ensuite boucant jusqu'à au moins 23h30 porte qui claque et résonne nous sommes partis vite a minuit sans finir la nuit car la télévision s'est allumé toute seule très forte alors que la télécommande été posée sur le bureau.... "Nous sommes arrivés avec une heure d’avance, la personne à l’accueil nous a dire que c’était beaucoup trop tôt. Nous avons donc repris nos valises et sommes revenus 1h30 après. Une fois arrivés, nous avons attendu 30min devant l’accueil que la personne arrive. À son arrivée, pas un sourire, ni même des excuses pour le temps d’attente. Elle nous a demandé de payer au check in ce que nous avons fait. Nous sommes redescendus pour profiter de la piscine, la femme de l’accueil nous a dit textuellement: 5€ par peignoir pour frais de nettoyage. Pas un seul s’il vous plaît, toujours pas un sourire. Le lendemain au moment du check out, nous avons voulu attendre avant de dire bonjour voir si nous rêvions, et bien non! La femme ne nous dit pas bonjour, récupère la clef, et nous dit que tout est bon nous pouvons partir. Personne très peu courtoise, hautaine, alors que nous étions dans un état d esprit positif, nous n avons pas compris."
