You will find a private kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, as well as a cozy living and dining area with flat-screen TV, mini stereo system, Wi-Fi and a wood-burning stove. Two bathrooms with shower and toilet and a private sauna are at your disposal.



    Enjoy the covered south-facing terrace and spacious private lawn with wonderful views of the Rothaar Mountains to the south and west, and the Sorpe Valley to the east. The shared garden offers extra outdoor space, and you can use the communal barbecue.



    For your vehicle, there is a covered shared parking space and a garage spot. Up to 2 pets are welcome. Events and parties are not permitted. A shared fitness room with equipment is available for you.
