Rural, by the North Sea, family-friendly, sauna and whirlpool!

This very well-equipped apartment on the first floor of a two-family home offers ample space for up to 5 people, with approximately 100 square meters of living space on one level, approximately 300 square meters of adjoining garden, and a spacious terrace. The Rosa vacation apartment is located in the municipality of Schiffdorf, in the Bramel district, a 5-minute drive from Bremerhaven, 15 minutes from the Weser River dike, and 20 minutes from the North Sea.

Inside the apartment, you’ll find a spacious living-dining area with a TV. Wi-Fi is also available. A spacious kitchen equipped with all appliances makes cooking together a real experience. The bedroom features a double bed, ample storage space, and an additional TV.
Two additional beds are located in the living room, separated by a privacy screen. The sofa sleeps one more person. The bathroom is equipped with a corner bathtub and a shower stall. A separate guest restroom is also available.

The newly renovated wellness room, which is directly adjacent to the apartment and can also be accessed from it, is a small but lovely wellness oasis with a sauna and whirlpool. The sauna, equipped with an electric heater, accommodates 2–3 people. The whirlpool seats up to 4 people.
In a private and cozy atmosphere, this wellness room invites you to sweat it out and relax.
The cost for using the sauna and hot tub is €40 per day.
(The price includes the usage fee, the costs of heating and maintaining the pool and sauna, a water change for new guests, the cleaning fee, and the essential oils for the sauna. Sauna towels and a bathrobe can be rented for €5 each.
Depending on the length of your stay or individual preferences, prices can be adjusted on-site. During the summer months, the hot tub can also be moved out to the garden!

Of course, an ironing board, iron, clothes rack, washing machine, and electric clothes dryer are also available. You can enjoy the patio with a table, chairs, lounge chairs, and an umbrella. The vacation rental is easy to maintain, featuring tile and vinyl floors and washable bed linens. A vacuum cleaner, laundry detergent, cleaning supplies, and dish soap are provided for your initial stay.
