"I booked my room with a prepaid rate. Having already booked, I was told that there would be no one on reception to receive me so I would have to go to their sister hotel to receive my key. This turned out to be a 15 minute walk away, hugely irritating as I arrived after dark in a new town by taxi. ..."

"Alles perfekt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war einwandfrei. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist traumhaft, Natur pur.
