Staff were friendly and polite on check in showing us to the apartment and info regarding parking. Bad points Only issue we found was the apartment isnt very accessible for disabled guests with mobility problems My daughter was on crutches and there are steps to the apartments and the hotel and we couldn't see a ramp or other entrance. She did manage fine though with help and it didnt really affect our stay. The hotel reception staff were so friendly and helpful and we had a lovely surprise of some delicious complimentary cupcakes when we entered the apartment. The apartment itself had everything we needed for our stay and for my elderly father-in-law who now struggles with stairs, the added bonus of a lift that takes you straight into the apartment. It’s also in a fabulous location overlooking South Bay with direct access to the Spa via the cliff lift handily located at the end of the road. Parking was easy as on-street parking available at a cost of £2 50 for 2 days.
