Cool breezes, tropical garden a one of a kind villa that feels like home will have you coming back again and again! Eagle’s Base Villa is a brand new Holiday Rental just 4 minutes up from Mt.Irvine Beach. Located up in the sleepy hills which overlook the whole southern tip of Tobago & surrounding Caribbean Sea, the views are both uninterrupted and breathtaking. On a clear day you can even see the Northern Range of Trinidad peeking out to say hello. Tobago's most sought after property for family get togethers, retreats and weddings. The Main Villa has 6 bedrooms which can sleep 15 comfortably, and up to 20 with the additional pull out beds and sofa beds. Bedroom #1 is outfitted with a large King size four-poster bed complete with an Indonesian-style mosquito canopy netting, storage shelving & an accent chair. The bed is framed by two large windows which look out at the amazing view making it ideal for a couple seeking some romantic alone time. Equipped with en suite bathroom and shower. Sleeps 2. Bedroom #2 is outfitted with a comfortable Queen size bed, storage shelving and a TV. There is a pull out bed queens sized bed and comes with access to it’s own private bathroom. Sleeps 2-4. Bedroom #3 is designed to hold the whole family with a comfortable Queen size bed & twin bunk beds. It comes with access to it’s own private bathroom. Sleeps 2-4. Bedroom #4 is outfitted with a comfortable Queen size bed, storage shelving and a private WIC/sleeping area. There is a pull out queen sized bed & comes with access to it’s own private bathroom and walk in closet. Sleeps 2-4. Bedroom # 5 is designed for a small family with a comfortable full & twin size bunk bed. There is ample comes with access to it’s own private bathroom. Sleeps 2-3. Bedroom #6 is outfitted with a comfortable Queen size bed, Futon (full size pull-out), storage cupboards & 40” flat screen Smart TV. The bed is framed by two large windows which look out to the lush garden & amazing view, with access to it’s own private bathroom. There is also a sofa bed. Sleeps 2-4. A gorgeous open plan Kitchen & Living space opens out onto our large infinity pool deck, thanks to an expansive 40’ wide sliding door set. Two 9’ long Mahogany dining tables comfortably seat 12 guests each allowing for a group of at least 24, and up to 32, to dine overlooking the pool deck and cascading hills below. Around the pool you will find a selection of comfortable seating; from a variety of hammocks, to outdoor sofas, floating lounge chairs and swings. We have even stocked the Villa with yoga mats & other supporting accessories for our Yoga & Meditation practitioners! Although the property has a colonial style, old world "estate" feel it also has all the modern conveniences and comes fully loaded with high speed WiFi throughout the premises, cable TV, with hundreds of channels, ice maker, chest freezer, and for your additional security and peace of mind there is a state- of- the- art security system and private security emergency response team. The property is amazing enough on it’s own with lush rolling hills as far as the eyes can see. Also on the property, although not included in this booking and price, there is an optional extra separate one bedroom ‘Honeymoon’ Cottage can accommodate 2 comfortably in a large King sized four-poster bed, or sleep up to 6 with the additional sofa bed & ‘breakfast nook’ convertible sleeping area. The Cottage also comes with a 40" flat screen Smart TV, a private fully-functioning Kitchenette & large wrap-around covered porch, complete with it’s own amazing views of the lush forest & distant Caribbean Sea. Please note that the cottage is NOT included in this listing. We have separate listings for the cottage only and villa & cottage combination. With so much space and amenities this property is ideal for Weddings, Corporate Retreats, Large Family Gatherings or Group/Yoga Retreats. Please note that staff may be on the compound from time to time to do necessary maintenance. I give my guests space but am available when needed. Please note that upon booking, guests will receive a contract that must be signed and returned at least 2 weeks before their arrival. This contract requires all guest names, contact details, and valid identification documents for security and emergency purposes. Your safety and comfort are our top priorities, and providing this information helps us ensure a smooth and secure stay for everyone. Additionally, please be aware that while our villa sleeps up to 22 persons utilising the pull-out beds and sofa couches, Airbnb only allows up to 16 guests for booking purposes. In cases where the number of guests exceeds this limit, you have the option to either pay for the extra guest fee on Airbnb or directly through us. The extra fee is $50 USD per person per night. The host was very responsive from before we checked in all the way until we left. He even suggested a chef to us and many other places so that was nice. The view of this property is amazing omg! The decor and set up outside and inside is also beautiful and makes you feel like a home away from home if you are from the caribbean. However there is a lot maintenance needed. The pots and pans are dirty and old. The glasses are dirty and need to be replaced. The toilets were dirty with stain like they were never cleaned. There were spider webs on the bathroom corners and i took a video. In one of the rooms the nightstand is almost falling and they patched it up. The paintings are full of dust which messed up on of my friends who had allergy. I actually took a picture of everything and a video and sent to the host. Besides that on our second day their housekeeping came to wash some laundry from the guests that checked out of the cottage she just entered the house and i wish the host had texted us to let us know because we kinda got scared but she was really nice and did not bother us at all. Maid service was excellent and very clean. Negatives: Security gate to the property was not working which left the premises unsecure, both daytime and nightime.. In fact, there were two people who simply walked up while we were on the patio wanting to see the inside. Patio doors would not lock securely. They could be opened even when locked. Sulphur water in cottage shower was odorous and therefore could not be used for intended purpose-honeymoon couple. A brother and father used it for a few days but had to cart water from the main house to use.. Also, we had to call out for repair initially for alarm system for cottage. Therefore, the $750 that we paid for renting the cottage was a total waste of money. The $1300 extra charge to hold a 3 hour party for 40 guests was excessive considering that we were already renting the villa itself for $4,078. ##### Beverly M. The home layout is perfect for large families. Each room has it's own modern, spa like bathroom. The open space design makes for a large groups to not feel cramped. The villa sits on a hill overlooking the coast of Tobago. You can wake up to the sunset and the birds chirping in your ear. Simply peaceful! We did the beach run one day during our vacation. We enjoyed the villa so much, we did not spend much time elsewhere. Hana, the chef, went above and beyond in her service. Being that we had a large group of Trinidadians, I was worried if the food would be up to to par with their standards. When my husband, a true food snob, gave Hana a thumb's up, I knew I could relax! Tobago is a treat to visit. Unspoiled beaches, simplicity and a culture of hospitality is what the island offers the world. Rent this villa! ##### Saranna B.
