It is divided into: - 2 double bedrooms with private bathrooms - attic with a double bed - dining room - living room - a fully equipped kitchen - a half-bath Located 15 minutes by car from downtown Florence The spacious living room is perfect for spending an evening with friends by the fireplace or watching TV The large bedrooms come with clean linens, and each bathroom is stocked with a complimentary toiletries kit including shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner. The kitchen is modern and equipped with all utensils and cutlery, an oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, and espresso machine. The house features high-speed Wi-Fi, heating, and air conditioning in some rooms. The smart TV in the living room, with Netflix, YouTube, Amazon Prime Video, and Disney+ lets you watch a wide selection of movies or TV series. All appliances are provided, including a hair dryer, iron, and washing machine. Each bedroom has dressers for storing clothes, and there’s also a walk-in closet for bulkier items.
