With attention to every detail and with every amenity you can think of, including kitchen with stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops, high speed internet, wine/beer fridge, heated outdoor shower, 8.5 Length x 3.5 width meters infinity edge pool, large sun deck, BBQ, outdoor fridge and great views. Don't worry about the water because the Villa has filtered water for both drinking and ice. The property is located on 2.75 private acres surrounded by lush rainforest with an abundance of wildlife including monkeys, sloths, toucans and parrots along with many different varieties of beautiful butterflies. Villa Encantada has 3 bedrooms, a master with king size bed and private bath. Two guest rooms, one with a queen size bed along with a custom made bunk bed and the other with two full size beds. Upstairs is a second full bathroom with shower and just off the main living area is a powder room. Each bedroom has its's own 32" flat screen Sony TV. Your pool and outside terrace will be perfect for you every morning before you awake. Villa Encantada also comes with our full time concierge, who will be available to assist you with anything you need, including rental car, arranging tours, private chefs, masseurs, etc. There is also full time monitored security, as well as 24 hrs staff to make sure that everything is absolutely perfect for your stay at Villa Encantada! Housekeeping Service is available. In an effort to maintain the beauty and care of our garden and pool, this villa receives maintenance on Mondays from 7 to 9am and on Thursdays from 7am to 2pm. Our crew will try to complete the tasks quickly and efficiently, so that your stay is not interrupted. Garbage is collected once per week, on Thursdays. A 4x4 vehicle is a must to access the villa. Near the Villa is Dominical and other beaches perfect for those looking to relax or those looking to surf. Located on Costa Rica’s amazingly beautiful South Pacific coastline, the small village of Dominical is a hidden paradise with something for everyone. There are shops, restaurants, bars, hotels, and some amazing natural scenery and adventures. Dominical is known to have some of the best surf in the country, but it also has easy access to two amazing national parks (Manuel Antonio and Marino Ballena), some breathtaking waterfalls, great rivers for rafting, and many other great natural adventure tours. With its stunning backdrop of lush green forests and palm trees, this beach is also a great place to bird watch or take a canopy tour of the surrounding locale. There are many other outdoor activities to take part in while in the Dominical area such as hiking, horseback riding, ATV tours, snorkeling trips and kayaking. Villa Encantada is managed by Paradise Management; a company with over 10 years of experience, expertise and the professionalism for making your vacation in Costa Rica magical. We truly are more than just renting from an owner; we do our best to be the best host! Due to the world's health emergency because of the COVID-19, Paradise Management has implemented a very strict cleaning protocol since 2020 to comply with the necessary measures to establish an adequate process of disinfection of the villas. The property is well secluded in a private gated development of an enormous size. As for right now, the other nearest building is 2 kilometers away from the house. We also enjoyed watching a sloth traveling through the property for three days. This was hands down the best place we have stayed at. The photos don't do this place any justice. The tranquility of the location is incomparable! AWD or 4x4 is needed due to the cross of gravel and steepness. The dirt road is easily traveled on if you have an AWD or 4x4. The proximity to everything makes things so easy. Grocery store, restaurants, beach, etc. is only 15-20 minutes away. All the adventurous excursions are very close. A few things I would have done sooner are communicating with Oscar, the concierge, and having him arrange all activities with reputable guides. For us he was able to book fishing/snorkeling, zip lining, ate/coffee tour, Manual Antonio park tour, personal chef, sunset horse beach ride and so much more. He was able to move a few things around to accommodate all of my requests and honestly not sure we could have done it without him in advance. I would HIGHLY recommend having the Chef earlier in your stay. We booked him on the night before we were to leave and if you look at pricing it makes more sense to book for numerous days and/or meals. WE decided we would remember the adventure and enjoy making memories together more than buying gifts. And boy did we! Watching toucans and sloths and sunsets over the ocean from our patio was our favorite. WE also enjoyed horseback riding to the falls, snorkeling, ziplining, and touring Manuel Antonio National Park. Chef Christopher cooked us an elegant meal and served us poolside. Our favorite restaraunts close by were Langosta Felize (casual dining) and Cuna de Angel (fine dining). The property was beautiful, the communication was perfect, and everything from scheduling pick up from the airport, transportation in the area, at home breakfasts/dinners, to even getting a cake from my birthday went so smoothly. I stayed at this property for 6 nights with 7 other friends and it was immaculate! The open air areas were amazing, the AC in the rooms were cold, and the view was perfect! There were gates and an alarm system, so we felt very safe! Definitely make sure you get a 4x4 vehicle on the way up. Our concierge Oscar was SO attentive, set up awesome tours for us, was available for questions at all times, and answered quickly! We love you Oscar! Stayed 8 nights in Dec 2018 ### 10/10 Excellent #### Lisa A. Dec 7, 2018 #### My Idea of Paradise Our stay at Paradise Breezes was fabulous. We stayed at Villa Encantada in November 2018. This is the end of the rainy season and start of the dry season, so we did have some rain but it never spoiled any of our plans. It was mostly at night and it was quite nice to sit and relax under the outdoor area. Our concierge Oscar was amazing and literally took care of everything. I like to make sure all details are taken care of but soon realized that I needn’t have worried as he was on top of his game. Oscar was available whenever we needed anything but never intrusive. He went out of his way on a Sunday to help us find a chiropractor when my husband hurt his back. The Dr. came right to the villa (at a very reasonable cost) and thankfully my husband was able to enjoy the rest of our vacation. Everything was as promised, everything we could have needed was there (including a super blender) for tropical drinks…every utensil you could think of, a lovely welcome package, comfortable beds and lounge seating by the pool. We could not see any other villa’s so it was very private. The A/C works really well although we rarely used it because we prefer the breeze and the fans which was enough. We were visited each day by Toucans and Aracari’s at the pool. Villa Encantada was simply beautiful. From the Jurassic size front entrance door to the ocean view pool you will not be dissappointed. The drive from the main road to the villa requires 4x4 as do most in Costa Rica but it was only a 5 minute drive and you get used to it very quickly. We loved that we were only a short distance from banks, supermarkets, beaches etc. but are still in the jungle in your own paradise. All of our activities, car rental, shuttle pick ups and drop offs went smoothly and they were always on time. We took advantage of the private chef after a day of ATVing so we were very happy to have Jonathan cook a fabulous meal for us and teach us how to make the perfect Pina Colada! We also had massages by the pool which were fabulous. We can’t wait to go back and stay at Paradise Breezes and can't say enough about how excellent Oscar is 😊 He made everything from start to finish the wonderful trip that it was. My family had a wonderful time at this property. Beautiful house and view of the ocean. Toucans, sloths, parrots, and other amazing animals in the trees all around the home. Mar 25, 2018 #### Great Family Stay at Villa Encantada! 3rd trip to CR, and 2nd to the Southern Region of CR was terrific. This Villa is accurately portrayed in its photos and is a great house for anyone, including young kids like ours, to enjoy. While it is a trek from either San Jose or Liberia to get to this region (either plane or we have driven), we have done this twice and it is well worth it if you are looking for luxury, but not in a high rise or resort community manner. The Villa is tucked back in foothills with Ocean views, daily visits from Toucan's/Aracari's/Parrots await. House is in a gated development and well taken care of by Oscar and Paradise Breeze mgmt. We had a terrific chef in Christopher for a few days as well, which I'd recommend to enjoy the evening view and kick back (Closest restaurants/grocery store are less than a 10 min drive). Ballena Bistro for lunch is a must as food is spectacular (south of Uvita). La Parcela a great spot with a view and very close. 4 wheel drive key as most homes are up steep dirt roads and but Villa Encantada not too far off highway (check if you are looking at other homes as some are way up the hills). Activities are endless. We walked the beautiful beaches, snorkeled with reef sharks, jumped off waterfalls, rode horseback, caught a 500lb Black Marlin and two sailfish (all released!)...all in 1 week. Dec 1, 2017 #### Luxury Villas tucked away in the Jungle This was our 3rd stay at Villa Encantada and our 7th at Paradise Breezes. What can I say... we love it there! The accommodations are superb, the staff is attentive and wildlife is truly amazing. If you go in the rainy season and book an extended period of time, it's a good deal too. We've been going to Costa Rica for over 10 years now, on over 15 trips, and I'm so glad Ivannia turned us on to PB. What made this stay so special is that Carla and I we able to just relax. We've found that we're always playing tour guide for our friends and family when we're down there. This time, we were able to spend a lot of time at the house and observe the wildlife. This year we had a sloth that appeared in the patio tree on 4 or 5 days and a plethora of frogs, toucans, and araucarias. I was hiking the road frequently (in case you wonder, it's 1.2 miles to the main gates at the highway) and saw quite a few packs of white-faced Monkies on numerous occasions. On a prior stay, we had 100's of parrots in the trees each day. You never know what to expect - every day is an adventure. The location of PB is ideal, just off the main highway and only 10 minutes from Dominical for restaurants, bars, and of course the beach. Close enough to Manuel Antonio, yet far enough away that you don't feel you're surrounded by thousands of tourists like you do there. One of the reasons Villa Encantada is our favorite is that it's tucked away in the jungle, you literally cannot see another building from anywhere on the property. The sounds of the jungle are amazing, birds, crickets and frogs. So soothing and relaxing - that Pura Vida thing again. I also surprised Carla for her birthday, with a visit from her daughter Amy. Oscar took care of all the details and made that happen with little effort on my part. We didn't go on many excursions this year but did go on the ATV tour through the mountains over Uvita in the rain and mud. At first, we were not happy campers. But once we stopped for some hot coffee (and had a few sips of the owner's private moonshine), it turned into the highlight of the trip. If this is your first visit to Costa Rica, I recommend a week on the Pacific Coast and a week in the Arenal area, if you can. Villa Encantada at Paradise Breezes is my first choice. Villa Pacifico is a good 2nd choice with amazing sunset views. In Arenal, I recommend Arenal Springs Resort (not "The Springs"). ##### Jeffrey R. Aug 12, 2017 #### Beautiful location for a Costa Rican holiday The villa is large and very nicely decorated. The location is perfect for observing jungle life, such as toucans, in the trees right above the pool. The town of Dominical is a very short drive away and we loved the people and energy in the shops, restaurants and guest services. Horse-riding along the river to the waterfall and kayaking through the mangroves were fantastic. The concierge, Oscar, is extremely helpful with questions about the house and will give excellent tips on booking your activities. ##### Rick & Stephanie H.
