Upon entering, you’ll find a sleek, modern kitchen outfitted with every convenience, flowing seamlessly into a warm, spacious living room and an elegant dining area where you’ll love gathering. The house has three beautiful bedrooms: the first bedroom features a king bed, Smart TV, and an ensuite with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom also offers a king bed and TV. The third has a queen bed and its own television. A full additional bathroom plus a half bath upstairs ensure everyone’s needs are met. Stepping outside, your private oasis unfolds. A sparkling pool invites refreshing swims, accompanied by an outdoor shower and a row of sun loungers perfect for sipping cocktails or soaking up the sun. The backyard features a built-in stone BBQ and a full outdoor kitchen, where you can cook al fresco, as well as an outdoor dining table ideal for enjoying meals. From the second-floor balcony you can descend stairs directly into this lush backyard sanctuary. Venture up to the rooftop dining lounge and savor sweeping ocean views, ideal for sunset dinners or quiet mornings with coffee. For added convenience, the home includes a combination washer and dryer tucked away on the left side outside. With its harmonious indoor-outdoor flow, modern amenities, and memorable views, this home feels like paradise. \-Property Notes- UTILITIES: All utilities are INCLUDED. (Keep this in mind when comparing rentals as this cost is most often not included). TAXES: The following mandatory taxes are included: \- Government Tax: 12.5% \- Environmental Tax (as per Aruba tax code): $3 per night Taxes may be subject to change. CHECK-IN/ CHECK-OUT: Check-in time is 4:00 PM. Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Earlier check-ins and later check-out can be requested 24 hours before and will be granted depending on availability. A surcharge may apply. HOUSEKEEPING: This is a self catering vacation home and as such you are expected to do your own shopping and regular cleaning.
