Hot tub was removed during our stay. Technically could sleep a bunch with 5 beds in 2 rooms. Bathroom was small and shower may be tight for a plus size person. Quiet location but easy access to town and stores. No separate heat from main house so we used a space heater our entire stay. You get some noise from upstairs owner and dogs. She was very friendly and made sure we were ok! She kept to herself in her house above the little apartment.
