Wonderful Times

We had a terrific time at the house. The heated pool was perfect, particularly considering some cooler August days. A couple of the chaises by the pool were broken but we were able to use the chairs we had in the trunk of our car. It isn't clear from the pictures but the back porch has a very nice view and is adjacent to the pool. The house had everything we needed and was very comfortable. We would definitely return!

Perfect weekend getaway

Second stay at this perfect house. We love the design and layout, and the perfectly-equipped kitchen. We love the huge yard and the kids loved the play set. We also loved that you can walk to hiking trails, we hiked daily. High quality bedding, beds, linens, everything. Just such a comfortable, upscale home. Literally zero negative feedback at all, such a great place and managed so nicely. Great communication. A few small warnings just to be prepared! There is not access to a washer or dryer so come with enough clean things. There is also a gorgeous skylight in the upstairs main bedroom but if you like to sleep in or need a totally dark room to sleep, pack an eye mask.

The house is gorgeous and very well appointed/maintained. Property manager very helpful. We didn’t explore neightbourhood other than skiing. It’s about 40 mins drive from hunter.

What a pleasure

This home is a wonderful retreat! The kitchen is well equipped with excellent cooking tools (All Clad!) The pool was the perfect temperature - a pleasure to experience while surrounded by lovely landscaping and large lawn for activities (including a handsome fire pit). The best is the covered back porch overlooking it all. Such a treat!

Wonderful property

We spent Memorial Day weekend with our family of 2 kids and 4 adults at this lovely house. It is exactly as advertised and just very well maintained over all. The fire pit is great and the grill was a delight to use. Best of all, the pool is just perfect and made the kids oh so very happy. It's only ten minutes to Woodstock and lovely hikes everyhwhere. We were trying to book again while we were still there but the dates were already gone - no surprise. If you can snatch a stay here, do it!

Lovely country home with pool

We enjoyed our stay. The pool was fantastic. The home is well appointed with a great open concept. Beds were very comfortable. We had minor issue with power tripping, but we were able to rectify quickly. Check in was easy and the property is private with beautiful woodsy surrounding. Notable - It is well water so had a sulfur smell which another reviewer also mentioned. Overall great property and would definitely recommend.

Best time ever

This property is spectacular. It’s beautifully maintained and quiet and that POOL! Robyn couldn’t have been a better host. She was absolutely lovely. We had an issue with the grill and she came over not once, but twice and rectified it immediately. Truly excellent communication. Would absolutely stay again

Great house, floor plan is amazing, and the design and overall aesthetic is perfect. Modern and clean but the feel of an old farmhouse. Great kitchen perfectly stocked to cook anything. Huge yard, set back from the road, kids play set and tons of other extras. Would love to return again and again. Really nice house!

Perfect end of summer family getaway

My family of three loved our relaxing 10-day stay at this house. The layout of the house was simple and great for our needs, with two bedrooms tucked away upstairs (a third downstairs adjacent to the living area) and a high-ceilinged, open living/dining/kitchen area. The house is beautiful and well kept, and since one of the bedrooms is set up as a kids' room it was perfect for our young child. The pool is just big enough, heated to a moderate temperature and the shallow end steps in gradually which is great for young children. Nice deck for grilling and dining, very private yard is a good size with a small playground set, and we used the fire pit a couple times and enjoyed it. We enjoyed music and meals out on the deck as often as the mosquitos would allow and really appreciated the sounds and scenery. Hummingbirds and dragonflies during the day, deer at dusk, and bats at night! Very responsive and friendly property manager - thanks for everything!

Perfect Country Retreat

What a lovely, quiet home, on an even lovelier plot. You feel very secluded while watching the birds and deer wander into view from the deck. The pool is fantastic and provided a refreshing (but never cold) respite from our day. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is well appointed. We love the location- equidistant between Woodstock and Saugerties. We would gladly return to this beautiful home.

Private and relaxing!

The house has beautiful windows everywhere that bring nature inside. I loved the open concept with modern & rustic decor. The house is very private and has a spacious backyard that turned into a winter wonderland during the snowstorm this week.
