The view is amazing and there are a lot of outdoor spaces to enjoy the view. It is fun to watch the boats going up and down the river. This home is very well maintained, clean & well stocked. It is perfect for 2-3 couples. Quick drive to downtown Saugatuck, which can be seen from the home right across the river, with plenty of shops and restaurants. 5 minute drive to the beach and Lake Michigan. We enjoyed the balconies from about 1pm on, as the home faces east. If you love soaking up the sun, sitting out there in the morning would be perfect!
