This five bedroom cottage sits in the heart of Saugatuck just over a mile from Oval Beach. Designed with the comfort of vacation guests as the top priority. "We thoroughly enjoyed this wonderful property! The house is roomy with a excellent floorplan and lots of sleeping options. It also has an amazing screened porch and very cool a fire pit with Adirondack chairs The location is perfect - within easy reach restaurants and shopping in Doulas and Saugatuk. It's also 5 minutes from both Oval Beach, and the more secluded Douglas beach. It was a truly memorable week for our family - Thanks!" Marc O. INSIDE THE HOME Main floor features a spacious open floor plan with sunny living room opening to dining area with beautiful farmhouse table and fully equipped kitchen with black stainless refrigerator and granite countertops. Take meals or morning coffee on the huge screened in porch just off the main floor or enjoy late night card games and cocktails. A separate den with cozy sectional can be found just inside the entry and is perfect for catching up on your latest book or quiet time away from it all! A queen bedroom and full bath complete this floor. Each bedroom has separate climate control for heat and a/c. Upstairs you will find plenty of sleeping options for everyone. A large front facing bedroom offers beautiful views of the property and provides a king bed. Down the hall you will find an additional corner bedroom with queen bed. Facing the back of the property is a bunk room with two sets of twin bunks and just across a master suite with queen bed, sitting area with flat screen TV and en suite bath. Property management was wonderfully responsive to an air-conditioning problem and got it fixed immediately. The location is great--close to oval beach, mt. baldhead, and very near town... and fun to take the chain ferry into town which is a quick walk away. The house was equipped with all that we needed, and they provided beach towels. Property was spacious, a lot of room inside and an awesome screened in porch and fire pit. Property manager very responsive; nothing big to fix but responded immediately.
