Very friendly staff all around and directly on the beach. Downside is the amount of boats in front of the beach, however about 100m walk away is a calmer part where good swimming/snorkeling is possible. The army will send away swimmers at low tide and are very strict (which is good, because some tourists just don't care... read: (mostly) Chinese tourists)). Breakfast is prepared and delivered at set times, vegetarian option possible if you make a special notification about it the day before. Walking Street with all bars and restaurants/shops is about 10 minutes away by foot. The whole island is a calm setting, no loud music, no big parties.
