I don ’t know how they got a good rating but this place is filthy. The bed linen hadn’t been changed prior to our arrival; crumbs were in the bed. The sofa and floors are dirty and in need of deep cleaning. Sofa had a hole in it. The walls were dirty and the towel stained. This place is a dump. I asked for new linen to place on the bed before I could sleep.
